JULY MEDAL

Following the previous week's washout this year's July Medal finally took place with 76 competitors enjoying near perfect course and weather conditions.

Division 1

There was a 3 way tie for 1st place on nett 70 between Jason Brooks, Chris Lindop and Simon Price with Jason taking the honours thanks to a better back 9 [and his new Scotty Cameron Putter!].

The best gross score was shared between Jamie Goult and Will Henderson after both players returned 76.

Division 2

No need for a count back in Division 2 as Nick Lewis took 1st place with nett 68 followed by Greg Bazell on nett 69 and Roland Lovett in 3rd on nett 70.

Division 3

Best score of the day was returned by Mike Wise whose nett 67 saw him win Division 3 with just one shot to spare from Gerry Westbrook in 2nd followed by Derek Burt in 3rd on nett 70.

THIS WEEKEND
