PROFESSIONALS' PRIZE
It was a weekend for 8 shot winning margins as Martin Kaymer claimed the U.S. Open and Paul Derby claimed the Professionals Prize at Kingsdown [golfs unofficial 5th major !] with runaway victories. Paul's remarkable score of 49 points saw him win easily with Matt Linehan a distant second on 41 points and a 2-way tie on 39 points between Dan Linehan and Mal Hill.
Pauls outstanding round [and 6 shot handicap reduction] is due in part to the tuition he has been receiving from Michael. Well done to all concerned and a thank you to everyone who helped raise over £170 towards the Captains charity.
