SHARP SCRATCH CUP
Gross rounds of 71 and 79 were good enough to give Jamie Goult victory in this year's event and a 4 shot winning margin over Paul McMullen on 154 [77+77] with Rick Smart one shot further back in 3rd.
This was Jamies' 8th victory in this event proving yet again what a good player he is and the benefit that a short game of his standard can bring as he kept getting up and down over the last nine holes to keep his closest rivals at bay despite not having his best long game.
JACK FELTHAM TROPHY
2 steady rounds of nett 70 and 74 gave victory in the Jack Feltham Trophy to Tim Tayler. Tims' total of 144 gave him a 1 stroke winning margin over Alex Fogwill with Brendan Ford in 3rd place on 146. Well done Tim.
